Are you interested in having your counselling over the phone?

I'm Hamilton and due to specialist training, I'm able to offer one to one confidential counselling on the telephone, so you can be sure our sessions together will be safe and supportive.

  • A good option if you have limited or intermittent internet signal
  • Phone counselling has had a presence within counselling for many years
  • Some people find it easier to express themselves in not seeing their therapist, perhaps due to an increased feeling of anonymity
  • Create a comfortable and private space in your own home from which to attend therapy or even have therapy whilst walking
  • Attend therapy at a time that suits you with no need to commute to your sessions
  • No reliance on one location - if you move or spend time somewhere else in the UK, therapy can still continue
  • Zoom can be used for an audio call (without cameras turned on) as a secure, encrypted alternative to telephone counselling.
  • Do you have a device or landline to use for your sessions?
  • Do you have adequate reception for a phone call?
  • Do you have a private and confidential space to hold our sessions (working on the phone together may give you more flexibility of where this might be - e.g. in a car)?
  • How comfortable do you feel speaking on the phone in general?
  • Do you have a preference for counselling in person?
  • Would you prefer that we see each other within your sessions? I also offer in person counselling in Chiswick, West London and Clapham, South London and online counselling!

I will call you for our 50 minute counselling session at the same time each week.
If you need more flexibility I also offer 30 and 75 minutes sessions.
